Pyramids Health – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pyramids Health is committed to providing healthcare services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. We aim to maintain transparency, fairness, and patient satisfaction across all services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked and paid for through the Pyramids Health website.

This Policy applies to services booked and paid for through the Pyramids Health website, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable healthcare regulations

  1. One-Time Healthcare Services

(Including IV Therapy, Home Healthcare Services, Diagnostic Services, and Appointments)

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund, subject to applicable processing fees.
  • Requests made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service time, or failure to attend the appointment (“no-show”), will be subject to an administrative cancellation fee of AED 150, representing booking, scheduling, and operational costs which will be deducted from any refund due. 
  • Where a service has already commenced or has been partially delivered, the client will be charged  based on the services actually delivered, medical resources utilized, and staff time incurred only for the services or days actually rendered, and the remaining balance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

 

  • 2. Subscription-Based & Ongoing Healthcare Services

(Including Mother & Baby Programs, Home Nursing, and Wellbeing Services)

  • Subscription services may be canceledcancelled within ten (10) calendar days from the date of activation. Charges will apply only for the services or days utilized, and the remaining unused balance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • After the initial ten (10) calendar day period, cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Where subscription services have already commenced, charges will apply only to services delivered, and any unused balance will be refunded in accordance with this policy.

For the purposes of this Policy, ‘activation’ means the date on which the first service under the subscription is made available or delivered

  1. Discounted Services, Packages & Promotional Offers
  • Where services or packages are purchased at a discounted or promotional rate and are partially utilized, any refund for the unused portion will be recalculated based on the standard (non-discounted) service rates.
  • The value of services already rendered will be deducted at full price, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded accordingly.

 

  1. Refund Processing & Payment Fees
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@pyramidshealth.ae.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from the date of approval.
  • Payment gateway or bank service fees actually charged by the selected payment provider will be deducted from the refund amount. Such fees may vary depending on the payment method used and may be up to the applicable provider rate.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise required by law
  1. Regulatory Compliance & Policy Amendments
  • This policy is governed by applicable UAE healthcare regulations and consumer protection laws. Including requirements issued by relevant UAE health authorities
  • Pyramids Health reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion. Any updates will be published on the website and will apply to future bookings only.



Refund & Cancellation Policy (Checkout Summary)

  • One-Time Services:
    Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
    Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur an AED 150 cancellation fee.
  • Started or Partially Delivered Services:
    If a service has already started, charges will apply only for the services or days delivered, and the remaining balance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • Subscriptions:
    Subscriptions may be canceledcancelled within 10 calendar days from activation. Charges will apply only to the services or days used, and the remaining balance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
    After this period, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Discounted Services & Packages:
    If a discounted service or package is partially used and a refund is requested, the discount will not apply, and services already provided will be recalculated at standard rates.
  • Refund Processing Fees:
    Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days and are subject to payment gateway/bank fees.
